If the Coupon Printer was installed properly, your operating system & browser are supported (you can check here to make sure) and you have not exceeded the coupon print limit, but are still unable to print your coupon we recommend checking the following:
Is your printer turned on? Make sure your printer is on and try printing the coupon again by clicking on the original coupon link.
Is the printer properly connected to your computer? Often the simplest explanation is a faulty connection. Check the cable connection between your computer and your printer and try printing the coupon again.
Is your computers 'default' printer the one you are expecting to get your coupon from? If you have multiple printers connected to your computer (for example, as part of network), check to see if your selected default printer is the printer where you expected to get your coupon print out. You can double check the setting using the following path:
Windows Users: Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers
Mac Users: System Preferences > Printers & Scanners
Are the status lights on the printer indicating problems? In most instances when your printer is experiencing problems, an error message or indicator light may be flashing on your printer. If you find this to be the case, please refer to your owner's manual to fix the printer’s problem. Once the printer problem is resolved, simply try printing the coupon again.
Are you printing to the correct printer device setting? You cannot print to fax machines, file-based print commands (e.g. Adobe Acrobat) or other programs that create PDFs or image file. Please double check your printer setting to ensure your selected default printer is a regular printer. If you have a multi-function printer (fax, copy & print in-one), please make sure that the 'Printer' is set as the default function on your computer.
If you are still having issues, we recommend trying to print the coupon again but with a different internet browser.
