How come my CouponSurfer ID or password doesn't work?

There are some common mishaps that some of our members experience when logging in to their CouponSurfer account, so as a reminder:

• Your CouponSurfer ID must be typed in all lowercase letters.
• Your password is case sensitive - so for example, if your password was 'coupons', it can't be typed as 'COUPONS' or 'Coupons'.
• If there are extra spaces at the end of your CouponSurfer ID or password, it will not be accepted.

We recommend that you try logging in again, but double check that the reasons above are not what is causing the trouble. If that doesn't work, please contact us and we can help you troubleshoot the problem
