In nealy all cases you will get an email notification within a few minutes after your card has been charged. Please make sure email@example.com is on your white list so the email makes it in to your inbox. If you didn't get an email, you can check your Reward Activity page. where it should show up within a few days. If you do not see the transaction within 5 days, please contact support with the date, place and location of the transaction along with the total amount and the last 4 digits of the credit card you used so we can track it down and make sure your account gets credited correctly.
