After sending coupons to the printer, an error message comes up "Fiddlesticks, something went wrong".
Please contact email@example.com and let them know you got Error 385. Ask them to send you a diagnostic link from Consumer Support
You should get an email back with instructions on how to print a sample coupon and then how to click on the diagnostic link they sent you.
This will provide the additional information needed to troubleshoot your printing problem and get you back on the road to printing again.
